5-year warranty

Every SuntNeew jump starter is covered by a five-year warranty from the delivery date.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use.
• Failure to hold charge, to charge normally, or to jump start a compatible 12V vehicle as described on the product page and in the user manual.

What is not covered

• Physical damage, cracked housings, cut cables or damaged clamps.
• Liquid damage. This product is not waterproof.
• Damage caused by connecting the clamps against the instructions, or by use outside the stated voltage, temperature or engine limits.
• Disassembly or repair by anyone other than SuntNeew.
• Normal wear and tear.

What we will do

For a valid claim we will repair the unit or replace it with the same or an equivalent model. If neither is available we will refund the purchase price. We cover the cost of sending the replacement to you.

How to make a claim

Email info@suntneew.com with your order number, the model, a short description of the fault, and photos or a short video. We aim to reply within two business days.

Proof of purchase

Keep your order confirmation. The delivery date on that order starts the five-year period.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace them.
