Before installation
- Review the inverter communication and electrical specifications before installation.
- Confirm the delivery destination and any local receiving requirements.
- Use a qualified installer and follow local electrical requirements.
- Confirm that the mounting surface, clearance and cable routing suit the selected wall or floor position; WL10B is heavier than WL5A and needs suitable fixing.
Monitoring and communication
WL10B communicates over CAN and RS485 with the inverter or system controller, and additionally lists Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for monitoring. Up to nine sets can be connected in one system; confirm the exact configuration with your installer before purchase.
Safety and handling
- Installation and wiring must be carried out by a qualified installer.
- Verify polarity and torque all connections before commissioning.
- Keep the battery away from water, heat sources, sparks and open flames.
- Do not open, modify or repair the battery enclosure.
- Do not connect loads or chargers outside the ratings listed above.
- Follow local electrical code for breakers, fuses and disconnects.
