Fifty seconds, start to finish: the U32 comes out of the glovebox, the clamps go on the battery, and the car drives off. You also see the 100% charge display, the emergency LED and two devices charging from the USB ports.
10,000mAh / 12V. Check your engine size and battery type before ordering.
U32 FEATURES
Every feature, with the original product detail intact.
Original A+ visuals carry the product story; the page adds a consistent reading order, confirmed specifications and the operating context that matters.
U32 overview
A larger display for the moment your vehicle will not start.
U32 brings emergency starting, device power and a practical roadside light together. The original product information keeps 10,000mAh / 37Wh, 2,000A peak and 1,000A starting current visible at a glance.
Verified essentials
The numbers that matter, in one view.
U32 is specified at 150 × 75 × 25mm and 480g, with ABS+PC housing, PD 18W Type-C recharging and a 5W emergency light. See the full Specifications panel for port limits and safe-use guidance.
Starting performance
Built for the compatible 12V vehicle.
The documented engine reference is up to 6.5L Gas or 3.5L Diesel. The 30+ starts reference is based on an internal 1.6L test vehicle at 23°C; battery health, temperature and vehicle condition affect results.
Smart clamp guidance
A clear connection routine, built into the clamp.
The EC5 smart clamp uses a heavy-duty 10AWG cable with buzzer and status guidance. Confirm the connection, wait for the green indication and follow the four-step sequence in the manual.
All-season readiness
Designed for cold starts and hot-road days.
U32 has a documented operating temperature range of -20°C–60°C. Keep the unit clean and dry, and do not rinse or use it as a waterproof device.
Stored energy
Power that stays ready between trips.
The 10,000mAh / 37Wh battery supports repeated roadside readiness and everyday USB device power. Recharge after use and at least once every three months during long-term storage.
Six visible safeguards
Protection made visible before you start.
The original six-in-one protection graphic is retained: reverse polarity, short circuit, over-voltage, over-current, overheat and over-discharge. Product safety documentation for U32, including the UL 2743 test-report scope, is listed under Safety & Compliance.
Ready where you park
A small emergency kit for ordinary and unexpected stops.
Keep U32 accessible for commutes, road trips, outdoor weekends and low-battery moments. Inspect the clamps before use and always work with a compatible 12V vehicle battery.
Emergency light
See the connection, signal the situation.
The 5W LED has Steady, Flashing and SOS modes. Hold the power key for two seconds or double-click to turn the light on or off, then short-press to cycle modes.
Four-step start
Connect deliberately. Start with confidence.
Charge U32 to at least 50%, insert the EC5 smart clamp, connect red to positive and black to negative, then start within 30 seconds after the clamp shows green. Disconnect once the vehicle has started.

U32 JUMP STARTER
Product support for your U32 jump starter.
Use the U32 guide for the documented vehicle-starting sequence, charging and clamp safety checks.
U32 is for compatible 12V vehicles, with a stated reference of up to 6.5L gasoline or 3.5L diesel engines. Confirm the vehicle, battery condition and manual before use.
What does 30+ starts mean?
The 30+ start reference is based on a 1.6L test vehicle at 23°C. Actual results vary with vehicle type, battery health, engine condition and temperature.
What can the Type-C and USB-A ports do?
Recharge U32 through Type-C at 5V/2A or 9V/2A PD 18W. The two USB-A ports support everyday device charging with a shared 5V/2.4A total maximum output.
What light modes does U32 have?
The 5W emergency light has Steady, Flashing and SOS modes. Hold the power key for two seconds or double-click to turn it on or off, then short-press to cycle modes.
What safety protection does the smart clamp provide?
The original 6-in-1 protection graphic shows reverse polarity, short circuit, over-voltage, over-current, overheat and over-discharge safeguards. Always confirm the clamp’s green indication before starting.
Can I use U32 in rain or rinse it clean?
No. U32 is not waterproof. Keep the unit, clamp and ports dry; do not submerge or rinse the product.
What if my car battery is completely flat?
The smart clamp checks the vehicle battery before it sends power. If it reads below our protective threshold — 10.5V ±0.3V as specified for this clamp — the clamp will not output: you will see the red light and hear the buzzer instead of a steady green light. That is the protection working, not a fault. Charge the battery first, or connect another vehicle for a few minutes to lift the voltage; U32 then works normally.
We deliberately did not add a Boost or Force Start button. Overriding this protection also disables reverse-polarity and short-circuit protection, and forcing sustained current past the clamp rating can heat the jaws enough to weld them to the battery terminal.
What does the 5-year warranty cover?
Five years from the delivery date, against manufacturing defects and failure under normal use. If it fails, email info@suntneew.com with your order number and we will repair or replace it. See the full warranty terms.
