Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 3–7 business days after payment and order verification. Processing can take longer during promotions, holidays, inventory transfers, or address and payment verification.

2. Shipping methods and charges

Shipping is calculated from the delivery address and the packaged shipping weight of the order. The checkout shows the available method, its shipping charge, and any conditions before you submit the order. The checkout amount is the applicable shipping charge for that order; we do not promise a rate outside the checkout display.

Product pages may show net product weight for product information. Shipping calculations use packaged shipping weight, which can be higher because it includes the retail package and protective materials.

3. United States

Where available, orders may use a Standard shipping service. Typical transit is approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch. The available service and estimate are confirmed at checkout.

4. Germany

Orders delivered within Germany are shipped free of charge up to 3 kg. Above 3 kg we charge a reduced delivery fee of about 50% of the courier cost; the exact amount is shown at checkout. Typical transit is approximately 3–4 business days after dispatch.

5. Europe

For the following countries, orders are shipped free of charge up to 3 kg. Above 3 kg we charge a reduced delivery fee of about 50% of the courier cost:

Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom.

For the countries below we cover part of the delivery cost ourselves and charge a reduced shipping fee of about 50% of the courier cost, for all weights:

Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

Products with batteries above 100 Wh are shipped with a dedicated battery service. That service is not available for Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and the United Kingdom, so orders containing batteries above 100 Wh cannot be delivered to those four countries. The exact shipping charge for your address is always calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Bulky items over 31.5 kg per unit (for example home energy storage systems) cannot be sent as a standard parcel. For these items we quote the delivery cost separately after your order is placed: our team contacts you with the shipping cost before dispatch, and checkout does not charge delivery for them.

6. Charges, taxes, and import costs

The price, transaction currency, shipping charge, and any applicable charges shown at checkout before you place the order apply to that order. Customs duties, import charges, or similar destination charges that are not expressly included at checkout may be payable by the customer.

7. Delivery exceptions

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. They can be affected by carrier capacity, address errors, remote-area rules, customs, weather, battery-transport restrictions, or events outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

8. Tracking and support
