GROUP 24 FEATURES

A compact 100Ah upgrade that starts with the battery bay.

First confirm the physical fit. Then use G24's 1,280Wh reserve, manageable listed weight and Bluetooth visibility to build a practical RV auxiliary-power system around the space you have.

GROUP 24, MADE FOR THE BAY YOU HAVE

Keep 1,280Wh in the compact battery bay you already own.

G24 combines 100Ah capacity and 100A continuous current in a 260 × 170 × 212mm case—an RV auxiliary-power upgrade for tighter compartments, not an engine-starting battery.

CHOOSE BY FIT FIRST

The same 100Ah capacity in the Group 24 footprint.

G24 and G31 both provide 12.8V 100Ah rated energy. G24 is 79mm shorter, 15mm narrower and 6mm lower before terminal clearance, so measure the actual bay rather than relying on the group name alone.

EASIER TO HANDLE, STILL PLAN CAREFULLY

A 9.4kg battery you can plan into a one-person install.

The listed weight reduces the handling burden, while the important work remains the same: isolate power, confirm terminal clearance, use compatible charging settings, then secure the battery and its cabling correctly.

PROTECTION INSIDE THE BATTERY, DISCIPLINE THROUGHOUT THE INSTALL

Keep the compact system simple and protected.

Battery protection is part of the product; correctly sized fuses, conductors, a disconnect and insulated terminals are still part of the RV system around it. Keep every charging source on a compatible LiFePO4 profile.

LOW-TEMPERATURE CHARGING PROTECTION

Let charging protection make the call in the cold.

Low-temperature charging protection stops charging below 0°C battery temperature and resumes above 5°C. This does not turn an exposed battery bay into a weatherproof installation—follow the manual for placement and operating limits.

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

Open the files that match G24 or its confirmed shared design.

The FCC SDoC and EMC certificate list G24. The RoHS report covers the RV battery series. Group 24 has no IP certification; do not use a Group 31 ingress document as a Group 24 specification.

GROUP 24 BUYING QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Can G24 replace a Group 31 battery?

Only if the planned battery bay, hold-down, terminal orientation and cable route suit the smaller 260 × 170 × 212mm G24 enclosure. Both batteries are 12.8V 100Ah, but their physical cases are different; measure the actual installation before ordering.

Are the stated dimensions including the terminals?

No. The 260 × 170 × 212mm dimensions exclude the terminals. Allow additional clearance for terminal hardware, cable lugs, covers and bend radius.

Can the battery continuously supply 100A?

The current product data lists 100A as the maximum continuous charge and discharge rating. The practical system limit also depends on conductors, protection devices, connections, inverter and connected equipment.

Can this battery start an engine?

No. This is a deep-cycle auxiliary battery and is not intended to start a vehicle, boat engine or other device. Do not use it as a starting battery.

Can I use an automotive lead-acid charger?

Only if the charger documentation explicitly supports the required LiFePO4 voltage profile and current limits. Do not assume every lead-acid charger is compatible.

What happens when the battery is too cold to charge?

Low-temperature charging protection stops battery charging below 0°C and resumes above 5°C battery temperature. This protection does not change the specified charging, discharge, storage or installation limits in the manual.

What conditions apply to the 5,000-cycle reference?

The G24 cycle-life reference is at least 5,000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge, from the approved test condition of 0.5C charge and discharge to 80% end-of-life. Actual cycle life varies with depth of discharge, charge and discharge rate, temperature and operating conditions.

Which certificates and files are relevant to G24?

The FCC SDoC and EMC certificate identify G24 among their listed models, and the RoHS report covers the RV battery series. Group 24 has no IP certification and must be protected from water ingress.

What do 24/7 Support and the 5-Year Limited Warranty mean?

24/7 Support covers product setup, charging, Bluetooth, installation and after-sales questions. The 5-Year Limited Warranty covers eligible product defects under the model-specific warranty terms.
