Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery area

We currently ship only to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or countries outside the United States.

2. Order processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment and order verification. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping method, charges, and transit time

We offer free standard shipping to supported US addresses. Estimated transit time is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Processing time is separate from transit time. The estimated total time from order verification to delivery is 4–7 business days.

4. Delivery exceptions

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, and inaccurate or incomplete addresses may affect delivery. Please provide an accurate delivery address.

5. Tracking and support

When tracking is available, it is provided through the order notification or customer support. Contact info@suntneew.com if a shipment is delayed or tracking has not updated.
